All information is collected from clients via a face to face consultation form once an appointment has been booked and they are then processed and stored in a locked filing cabinet.
A GDPR and Disclaimer form also has to be filled out too at the same time to ensure complete client confidentiality.
Due to the nature of the business I run if you do not show up for an appointment or have to cancel one you will incur a cancellation fee that is non-refundable as I need more than 3 days notice from you either via email or text message/phone call letting me know.
Unfortunately I have been continuously let down a number of times by clients and so have had no alternative but to put these fees in place to cover both myself and my business.
CHARGES:
If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours you will be charged a fee of £26.
If you cancel an appointment within 48 hours you will be charged a fee of £13.
If you cancel an appointment within 72 hours you will be charged a fee of £7
